I Need

Realities:

This was an experimental piece in response to a post on
poetryboard.com.( No longer exists) "What's an "I Need" poem? Basically, it's a free verse
(AKA whatever comes out that you like) poem that simply states what you need.
I love having people write these because it lets me know about them on a more personal and spiritual level" --- break ---

I Need --- break ---

I need to be me,
I need to be the strong silent type, its who I am,
I need my space
I need your understanding
I need you to know that I may not always be there,
I need you to know where to find me,
I need a hug when I frown,
I need a laugh when I smile,
I need to feel the music,
I need to feel the rain,
I need to share,
But most of all I need good friends.
